Enrico started as homebrewer but, unsatisfied with his lack of knowledge, he decided to quit his job and go back to university to take a degree in Brewing Technologies. During an event, Enrico was exposed to the wonder that is hops and remains astonished by the flavours and aromas to this day. It wasn't long before he'd prepared a thesis on hops at BarthHaas in Nuremberg, graduated, and been snatched up by BarthHaas X!
