Will is a well-known character in the UK brewing scene. Coming from a long line of maltsters, he decided that he needed to finally do the right thing and make the switch to hops. He is brilliantly knowledgeable, being trained at the esteemed Heriot Watt university and can touch his nose with his tongue, which he insists will come in useful one day.
