Iain has a background almost entirely focused around beer. After 15 years in the restaurant industry (specialising in beer and food pairing) he moved closer to the source, heading up sales and marketing at one of the UK’s more forward thinking breweries for the better part of a decade before hearing the call of the hops. You can often find him around a beer festival in an appallingly bright shirt, with a smile on his face.
